R3 is a project that God has laid on the heart of Element Church. It stands for Rebuild, Restore and Redeem. We feel God is moving us in the direction to provide short term affordable housing for families in need. We have purchased a duplex that we are going to rebuild, restore and redeem.

We are having WORK DAYS on Saturday May 15th, 22nd, and 29th.
We have both morning and evening shifts available.
We also have indoor and outdoor projects available.
If you are interested in partnering with Element Church's R3 project please fill out the following:
*ADDRESS: 1011 SW 29th St (west of Snyder Ave)
*DAYS/SHIFTS/TIMES:
--Last 3 Saturdays of May (May 15th, 22nd, 29th)
--Inside & Outside crews
--AM Shift from 8am-12pm
--PM Shift from 1pm-5pm
--Lunch is provided from 12-1pm for both AM/PM workers!
--Childcare will NOT be provided
--6th graders and up can help (not play!)—with their parents

1) Which weekend
2) AM or PM Shift
3) Outside or Inside Crew (If you have no preference, we will assign an area/crew for you)
4) Specialty areas (electrical, plumbing, landscaping, fence building, etc.)
*WHAT TO BRING:
--A positive attitude, cooperative spirit, and servants heart of course!
--Any and all outside or inside tools, hammers, drills, shovels, picks, work gloves, etc.
--Outside crews bring hats, sunblock, etc.
--If you do not have a preference on inside/outside crew, we will assign you to one when you arrive for your shift.

--Hospitality & Check-In Team-All 3 Saturdays-at R3 location
(Check-in table, drinks & lunch for workers)
